The entire Star Rover Steak Dinner must be completed in one hour. If any of the meal is not consumed…YOU LOSE!

Before the time starts, you will be allowed to cut into the steak, to check and make sure the steak is cooked to your liking. If it looks good to you, time starts. No send backs!!

Once you have started you are not allowed to stand up, leave your table, or have anyone else touch the meal.

No assistance! You will be disqualified if anyone assists in any capacity.  

No, the fat is not included in the contest, but we will pass judgement on you for not eating it.  

Should you become ill, it’s over!  

You must sit at a table that we assign. 

NO sharing, but you if you surrender to the challenge, you can take the leftovers with you. **Note: you are welcome to order the “76’er” to share.  If you do, the price is $230.*

If you fail to complete the challenge, you must pay $99.95 in full.

If you are successful, you get to sign the Steak Challenge wall, receive a free “I ate the 76er” T Shirt, and of course you get your Star Rover Steak Dinner challenge for free!
